If you become a teacher after graduating college, do you have to pay back your student loans?

How do aspiring teachers get help paying for college?

I’m a senior in high school, and I’ve heard that teachers are highly in demand in some places and that if you say you’ll teach in that area for a certain amount of time or whatever, they’ll help pay for your schooling.

Could anyone give me some extra insight on this? Thanks.
